Over the next several months, leading up to your AdZENture, you’ll receive pertinent information regarding your holiday via email, but that information can also be found here. So be sure to add this page to your Favorites so you don’t miss a thing!

Flight Info

Pick-up and Drop-off will be at Calgary International Airport

Pick-up: September 8, 3pm local time

Drop-off: September 14, 12pm local time

NOTE: If you choose to fly in early or stay a few days after the retreat, it is your responsibility to find your own transportation to and from the airport. 

IMPORTANT: If you arrive to Calgary International Airport later than the designated pick-up time or depart before the designated drop-off time, you will be responsible for your own transportation and the associated costs.
