M.OMSc, RMT, IAYT - Trauma Informed
Terra graduated from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy with a Masters in Osteopathic Science, specializing in pediatrics, concussion therapy, scoliosis, hypermobility, and pelvic floor dysfunction.
Since 2010, she has been teaching yoga teacher trainings and educating manual therapists internationally in maternal, postpartum, and pediatric care, empowering therapists to create effective treatment plans.

Pack light, breathable clothing, swimwear, reef-safe sunscreen, a light rain jacket, comfortable sandals, and water shoes for reef walking. After you book, you'll receive a detailed packing guide specific to this retreat and the season.
Fly into Roatán International Airport (RTB). We provide airport transfers to and from the retreat property. Most travelers connect through Houston, Miami, or Atlanta with direct flights to Roatán.
Yes! All meals are included, and we can accommodate dietary restrictions when noted on your Guest Form. Whether vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or other needs, we'll ensure delicious meals that work for you.
Absolutely! Many of our guests come solo and leave with new friends. Our small group size and shared professional background create natural connections. We'll pair solo travelers in shared rooms with another guest.
No experience necessary! We provide all snorkeling equipment and guidance. The Caribbean waters are calm and clear, perfect for beginners. If you prefer not to snorkel, you can still enjoy the boat excursion and beach time.
We strongly recommend travel insurance for medical coverage and trip protection. Insurance can cover unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, and travel delays. We can provide recommendations for reputable providers.
Every activity except CEU sessions is optional. If you prefer to relax by the pool instead of snorkeling, that's completely fine. This is your retreat—choose your own adventure!
Terra will provide official CEU certificates at the completion of the course. You'll receive 14 hours of continuing education credits accredited for massage therapists.
A portion of your tuition goes directly to Caribbean Reef Guardians, a local marine conservation non-profit. You'll receive a tax-deductible receipt for this charitable contribution, which supports vital reef protection work in the waters where we'll be snorkeling.
