Six days on the Oaxacan coast — immersed in daily yoga, fresh coastal cuisine, and curated adventures that take you from bioluminescent bays to hidden waterfalls. This is what we build together.
AdZENtures handles every detail of the retreat experience from property to plates to excursions, so you can show up fully present for your community. You bring the practice; we bring the magic around it.
This proposal outlines everything your guests will experience, your investment and earning structure, and what you can expect from our partnership at every step.
What's Included
All-inclusive, all-intentional
Every element of the retreat is curated and covered. Here's what your guests receive from the moment they arrive.
6 Nights Accommodation
Exclusive use of the property in Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca. From beachside palapas to treehouse rooms — every space is yours.
All Meals Included
6 breakfasts, 4 lunches, and 6 dinners. Every bite is prepared on-site with local, seasonal ingredients.
Farm-to-Table Experience
A guided local market visit followed by a farm-to-table dinner, complete with a craft cocktail welcome.
Secret Waterfall Excursion
A guided hike through the Oaxacan landscape to a hidden waterfall — one of those moments guests talk about for years.
Night Biobay Tour
An evening excursion to the bioluminescent bay — an unforgettable experience that lights up the water around you.
Beach Bonfire & Cocktails
Sunset bonfire on the beach with craft cocktails — the perfect way to close a day of practice and adventure.
Airport Transfers
Round-trip airport transport to/from PXM. Group arrival pickup at 4pm on March 9 and departure drop-off at 11am on March 15.
Full Property Access
Pool, cold plunge, private beach palapa, beach transport, yoga palapa, and lounge palapa — all exclusively yours.
Fully Guided Experience
Yoga mats provided. An AdZENtures lead is on-site throughout the retreat managing all logistics so you can focus on teaching.

Your group has exclusive access to the entire property. Each room has its own character — from ensuite suites to open-air treehouses. Two rooms are reserved for the Host and AdZENtures Lead.

Room flexibility: The AdZENtures Lead requires a private room but is happy to be flexible on which room that is to best accommodate your group — just let us know what works.

Your Retreat Is Complimentary at 12 Guests
Sell 12 spots and your retreat fee is waived entirely. That includes early arrival on March 8 — you get the night before to settle in, get grounded, and make the space yours before your community arrives.
Not included in host complimentary: airport transfer (1,000 MXN) and dinner on March 8.
Payment Schedule
Four milestone payments — straightforward by design
Your deposit secures the dates. The balance is split into three equal quarterly payments — July, October, and January — with a final window to add late-booking guests.

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Travel insurance with a Cancel for Any Reason option is strongly recommended and required for all guests.

Travel & medical insurance is required for all guests. Due to the adventure nature of this retreat, every guest must have coverage in place before arrival. Many credit cards and personal insurance plans include this — we'll help guests identify their options and recommend a provider if needed.

Second Payment Due
50% of remaining balance. A good milestone to check your guest count and push for the magic number of 12.

Third Payment Due
50% of remaining balance. Final push for guest enrollment — encourage early bookings before the January deadline.
January 9, 2027
Final Balance Due — $25,200 cleared
All remaining funds due. Your minimum of 12 guests is fully paid out. AdZENtures begins last-stage logistics and coordination.

Late-Add Guest Payments
Any guests confirmed after January 9 are billed at $2,100 per person, due in full by this date.
