Commitment Timeline
The retreat leader has zero out-of-pocket expenses as long as guest deposit minimums are met within 30 days of launch. Any amount advanced is fully refundable as guest deposits arrive.

At signing — No payment required. Sign your services agreement and pre-authorize 25% of the wholesale total. No money is collected — the pre-authorization is a hold only.

30 days after launch — Guest deposit threshold check. If minimums are met through guest deposits alone, the pre-authorization is released in full and nothing is owed. If not, the retreat leader covers the gap — fully refundable as subsequent guest deposits arrive.

As deposits arrive — Any amount the retreat leader advanced is refunded dollar-for-dollar as each guest deposit comes in.

At retreat completion — Remaining balance reconciled and settled.

7 days after retreat — Commission paid out in full to the retreat leader.
