Lindsey Conroy

Owner, Founder & Chief Experience Officer

With a degree in Business Management and a background in Product Development and Marketing, Lindsey spent six years in the corporate world before embarking on a transformative 12-month research journey that would change everything. She traveled to 20 countries, teaching and studying yoga while observing various business models and building relationships with locals who shared hidden gems that couldn't be found online. This experience sparked the vision for AdZENtures: authentic, unforgettable travel experiences guided by first-hand knowledge and deep local connections.

During her travels, Lindsey discovered Slovenia's Soča Valley and fell in love. The nature, the lifestyle, the culture—everything was perfect except one thing: yoga. She began teaching classes during her stay, and the response was overwhelming. What started as informal sessions grew organically into a thriving community. At the journey's end, she returned to Austin, officially launched AdZENtures in 2016, and began building the business, brand, and vision she'd been dreaming of.

Since then, Lindsey has built a team of yoga instructors in Austin, established a business in Slovenia, became a permanent resident, and purchased a retreat property in Lepena Valley that she's been lovingly renovating since 2022. Today, she personally scouts every destination, cultivates relationships with local partners, and designs each retreat with meticulous care. She leads every AdZENture and has guided retreats in 19 locations across 12 countries over the past nine years.
