Lindsey Conroy

Owner, Founder & Chief Experience Officer

Lindsey founded AdZENtures after a career trajectory that took her from corporate America to the far corners of the world - and back again with a clear mission. With a degree in Business Management and over 20 years of experience in product development, marketing, and event planning, she spent six years in the corporate world before embarking on a transformative 12-month research journey that changed everything.

She traveled to 20 countries, teaching and studying yoga while observing business models and building relationships with locals who shared hidden gems that couldn't be found online. During her travels, she discovered Slovenia's Soča Valley and fell in love. She began teaching yoga classes during her stay, and the response was overwhelming - planting the seeds for what would become her dual life between continents.

She returned to Austin and launched AdZENtures in 2016 with a specific vision: create the middle ground travelers were craving - authentic, immersive experiences with structure and support, guided by someone who'd already done the legwork. Since then, Lindsey has become a 500-hour certified yoga instructor and NOLS Wilderness First Responder, established permanent residency in Slovenia, and purchased a 5-acre retreat property in Lepena Valley within Triglav National Park that she's been lovingly renovating since 2022. She personally scouts every destination, cultivates relationships with local partners, and designs each retreat with meticulous care.
