What's Included

For each retreat, it is listed in detail what is included and excluded in the price. Generally, the retreat price does not include airfare, travel insurance, personal purchases, or additional excursions not listed on the itineraries.

Please review your specific retreat page for complete details on inclusions and exclusions.

Reservations

To secure a spot for one of our AdZENtures, please complete the reservation form and indicate how you would like to submit the $750 non-refundable deposit (option to pay in full immediately).

Once your reservation has been confirmed, you will receive additional information and instructions required for your AdZENture. Space is limited and reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis.

Payment

A non-refundable, non-transferable reservation deposit of $750 per person is required immediately to confirm a place on the retreat.

Final payment of the remaining balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the start of your AdZENture. If full payment is not received 60 days prior, AdZENtures reserves the right to cancel your reservation and accept new applicants.

Payments must be received within 10 days of the stated deadlines or the guest will risk the loss of their reservation. If a deadline is missed, the guest will receive 3 email notifications before their reservation is released for others to book.

Refund Policy

A $750 non-refundable deposit is required to make a reservation. That deposit is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another guest or retreat.

120+ days prior to the START date:

• Option 1: Guests will be refunded 50% of their payment (minus the non-refundable deposit and any associated fees)
• Option 2: Guests can choose to rollover 100% of the payment (minus the non-refundable deposit and any associated fees) to a future AdZENture by the end of the following calendar year

90-119 days prior to the START date:

• Option 1: Guests will be refunded 25% of their payment (minus the non-refundable deposit and any associated fees)
• Option 2: Guests can choose to rollover 50% of the payment (minus the non-refundable deposit and any associated fees) to a future AdZENture by the end of the following calendar year

60-89 days prior to the START date:

• Guests will be credited 25% of their payment towards a future AdZENture (minus the non-refundable deposit and any associated fees). Credit must be used by the end of the following calendar year

59 days or less prior to the START date:

• No refund, payment, or credit will be issued
• No partial refunds for late arrivals or early departures

All guest cancellations must be submitted in writing. If final payment is not received within 60 days of the retreat start date, AdZENtures reserves the right to cancel the guest reservation without refund or credit.

Changes & Cancellations by AdZENtures

In the rare case that an AdZENture is moved or cancelled by AdZENtures, guests will be issued a full refund (minus the deposit) in the same way that payment was submitted.

AdZENtures will not be held liable for any expenses or damages incurred as a result of trip cancellation, including but not limited to preparation costs, airline tickets, travel documents, gear purchases, airport and airline taxes.

These guests will be prioritized in booking future AdZENtures and the deposit will be able to be applied to a future booking.

If minimum guest numbers are not reached, AdZENtures will offer registered guests the option to:

• Move their reservation to a different AdZENture, OR
• Continue with the current booking with program changes (accommodations, transportation, itinerary, or activities may change; price remains the same)

Travel Insurance

AdZENtures STRONGLY recommends each guest purchase individual travel insurance for their trip.

Each guest is REQUIRED to have medical coverage and evacuation on some sort of insurance policy—whether through standard insurance, travel insurance, or coverage through a credit card.

AdZENtures will not be liable for any refunds outside of what is offered in our stated Refund Policy.

Travel Documents & Visas

It is the responsibility of each AdZENturer to obtain all required travel documents and ensure that passports are up to date.

Please ensure that you have a valid passport and necessary travel documents required for entering the country of our AdZENture. It's typical that your passport must be valid for up to 3 months AFTER your return date.

Information regarding necessary documentation is provided on our website, but if you have specific questions, please reach out to us for clarification.

While rare, some AdZENture locations may require immunizations. It is the responsibility of each AdZENturer to check with your local immunization clinic to ensure you have the necessary updated immunizations for travel.

Photos & Media

Guests agree that while participating in an Experience or AdZENture, product images, photos, or videos may be taken by other guests and/or AdZENtures representatives that may contain or feature guests in part or in whole.

By attending the retreat, the guest acknowledges and consents to any such pictures being taken and agrees to grant a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to AdZENtures (LinCo Unlimited LLC), its affiliates and assigns, to reproduce for any purpose whatsoever (including marketing and promotions), in any medium whatsoever, whether currently known or hereinafter devised, without any further obligation to the guest or compensation payable to the guest.

Assumption of Risk

AdZENtures plans our retreats with the safety and best interest of our AdZENturers in mind. However, there is always the potential of risk or injury when traveling and circumstances that are outside of our control.

Some of the planned activities include certain risks which cannot be eliminated without limiting the activity itself. These activities could cause loss or damage to the participant, including accidental injury, illness, or in extreme cases, disability, trauma, or death.

Throughout the trip, participants are responsible for their own safety.

By signing up for an AdZENture and submitting payment, you agree to the following:

• I consent to waive certain legal rights, including the right to sue the Organizer, LinCo Unlimited LLC (DBA AdZENtures), and its employees, owners, officers, directors, representatives, agents, volunteers, and facilitators from any physical, material, tangible, or intangible loss or damages that may happen to me during my participation
• I understand that my participation involves risks that may lead to tangible or intangible harm, and I agree that they may result not only from my own actions but also from the actions of others
• I am aware that there are risks I may not have considered, yet I waive my right to any claims that may occur from these unconsidered risks
• I will not start any lawsuit or other court action against the Organizer, nor will I join any such proceeding
• I agree to defend and indemnify the Organizer against any and all legal claims and demands
• I am over 18 years of age and am emotionally, medically, and physically able to participate

Privacy & Intellectual Property: I acknowledge that most of this Experience was created uniquely by the Organizer and qualifies as intellectual property. I will not share private locations, itineraries, pricing, or other specific aspects of this experience with others or replicate any unique aspects for my own professional or financial use, unless given written permission by the Organizer.

Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of Texas. Each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the federal and state courts located in Texas in any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or based upon this agreement.

Waiver of Liability

By accepting this agreement, I (the AdZENturer) represent that I have no physical conditions or medical precautions which would adversely affect my ability to take part in the Experience or other activities offered on this AdZENture.

I fully understand that my participation in the Experience and other activities could cause injury and impact my health, and I voluntarily assume all risks related to such activities.

I hereby release and discharge my rights and claims for damages or liabilities that may occur as a result of participation on an AdZENture, including but not limited to damages as a result of unexpected occurrences including those from weather, local political situations, wildlife, or uncontrollable events, including risk of death.

I release AdZENtures, including its owners, guides, yoga teachers, and partners, from liability for personal injury, illness, emotional damage, incurred travel expenses, or property damage I may incur as a result of participation on this AdZENture.

For the benefit of everyone on your trip, AdZENtures reserves the right to accept or reject any participant at any time without liability, and in the event it determines that a participant is disruptive to the harmony of the trip, it may expel such participant from the trip without any obligation to pay a refund or any other amount whatsoever.

AdZENtures will carry no responsibility or liability for any participant who leaves the trip prior to its conclusion or for any activity undertaken by any participant which is not included on the trip itinerary.
