Four nights in a beachfront vacation rental on one of the most beautiful islands in the Western Hemisphere, 14 hours of hands-on CEU instruction with Terra Nicolle, a full-day boat excursion to Caye Mayor, reef snorkeling, a local cultural visit, and the kind of crew that turns colleagues into lifelong friends. Over the next several months leading up to your AdZENture, you'll receive pertinent information via email — but everything can also be found right here. Terra Nicolle, M.OMSc, RMT, PFT is an osteopathic manual therapist and registered massage therapist with deep specialization in both cranial sacral and TMJ therapy. She will deliver 14 hours of hands-on, practical continuing education across 3 days of the retreat:

💰 What's the currency situation in Roatán?

Great news — US dollars are widely accepted throughout Roatán. You do not need to exchange currency before you go. The local currency is the Honduran Lempira, but most businesses on the island work in USD.
Bring some small bills in cash for tips, souvenirs, and local purchases. A credit card with no foreign transaction fees is also handy for any larger purchases.

As a company policy, we do not share a full itinerary with our guests in advance — and this is done with intention. Our guests are often planning every aspect of their lives and others'. During our AdZENtures, we give you the opportunity to sit back, relax, and enjoy the present moment.
Every evening at dinner, we'll share the following day's activities, what to pack, what to wear, and when we depart. This keeps you prepared without pulling you out of the experience.

Every experience — except the CEU education sessions — is optional. AdZENtures chose each experience on this retreat based on firsthand knowledge and the unique value it offers. You are always welcome to choose your own AdZENture by sitting something out. No pressure, ever.

A portion of each tuition directly supports Caribbean Reef Guardians, a local non-profit dedicated to marine conservation in Honduras. You'll receive a tax-deductible receipt for your contribution.

We advise all guests to book travel insurance within 7 days of submitting your deposit — many policies only cover pre-existing conditions and trip cancellation if purchased within that window. This protects your investment in the event that something comes up and you're unable to join us.
