Join us for an amazing week of outdoor adventure, exploration and wellness. Enjoy morning and evening wellness practices while filling your days with amazing activities in the most beautiful setting you can imagine!

Our Mountain Location…
Our week of AdZENtures will have a home base in Golden, BC but we will be moving around a bit..the area is just too vast to settle in one place! We will spend two nights in Canmore, Alberta, just a short drive from Banff National Park and a central location for adventures, sights and to get the immersed experience of visiting Canada’s most iconic National Park. We will then move West, settling into our mountain cabin in Golden. Golden is a destination that is a bit more off-the-beaten path, so we are able to escape the crowds and dive into the wild side of the Rockies!
