How payments work

Sign services agreement + pre-authorize 25% of wholesale total — no money collected at signing

Launch your retreat — guests have 30 days to generate the 25% threshold through $750 non-refundable deposits

If threshold is met via guest deposits, pre-authorization is released in full. If not, balance is captured and refunded dollar-for-dollar as subsequent guest deposits arrive

Coordinator travel costs billed at cost upon flight/hotel booking

Remaining balance settled at retreat completion — host paid out via 1099
