August 2027 · Six nights in the heart of the Canadian Rockies. Glacier-fed lakes at first light, six national parks, and a barn made for morning flow.
Hi Victoria,
The Canadian Rockies are one of those rare places that do the teaching for you — glacier lakes so blue they look edited, six national parks within reach, and a stillness up in the mountains that resets a person from the inside out. It's exactly the kind of trip teachers need and so rarely give themselves.
I'm honored to put this one in front of you. It's special.
With love,

Exact itinerary and day-of activity selection finalized collaboratively — we build the flow around your group, not a template.
A loose shape for a typical day, built around morning practice, the day's adventure, and meals together. Times stay flexible and the flow is set with you — nothing here is locked.
Practice in the yoga barn and breakfast at the resort.
The day's main event — a guided hike or excursion — with lunch included.
Open time to rest and reset, then dinner together. Optional add-ons can slot in here.
A rough shape for the 6-night week, built only from what's included. Daily yoga runs throughout, and the exact order of hikes and excursions is set together — a sketch, not a schedule.
Your four guided hikes and the waterfall hike are distributed across the week; final order and trail choices we lock in together.
Meals lean seasonal, local, and protein-forward, designed around whatever's freshest that week. Special diets accommodated on request.
Hot and cold dishes with a protein focus — baked eggs or a high-protein smoothie — always with fruit and veggies alongside.
Hearty salads, quinoa with veggies, and local trout patties. On trail days, picnic lunches packed in reusables: a protein-forward sandwich, a protein snack, and a hearty mixed salad.
Served family-style and built on the season — grilled eggplant and chicken, soups, pastas, poutine, fish — and, in regional tradition, locally sourced elk and bison.
These are wholesale rates — your cost per guest for the 6-night retreat. Retail pricing and your margin are entirely up to you. Pricing scales with how full we run: the fuller the group, the lower your per-guest cost. Reach 10 paying guests and your own retreat spot is comped.
