To secure a spot for one of our AdZENtures, please complete the reservation form and indicate how you would like to submit the $750, non-refundable deposit (option to pay in full immediately). Once your reservation has been confirmed, you will receive additional information and instruction required for your AdZENture.

Your reservation and non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $750 per person are requested immediately to fulfill the group deadline requirements. Space is limited and reservations are taken on a first come, first served basis. A final payment of the remaining balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the start of your AdZENture. If full payment is not received 60 days prior to the start of the retreat, AdZENtures has the right to cancel your reservation and accept new applicants. Acceptable payment types include credit card, ACH bank transfer or check. If paying with credit card, there will be a 3% transaction fee that will be added on to the payment.

Payments must be received within 10 days of the stated deadlines or the guest will risk the loss of their reservation. If a deadline is missed, the guest will receive 3 email notifications before their reservation is released for others to book. If the space has not been booked, the guest will be allowed to complete outstanding payments and keep their reservation upon successful transaction.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

$750 non-refundable deposit required to make a reservation. That deposit is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another guest or retreat.

120+ days prior to the START date of the retreat: guests will be refunded 50% of their payment minus the non-refundable deposit. Deposits cannot be transferred.

90 days-119 days prior to the START date of the retreat: guests will be refunded 25% of their payment minus the non-refundable deposit and any associated fees. OR guests can choose to roll over 50% of their payment minus the non-refundable deposit and any associated fees, to use on an AdZENture by the end of the following calendar year (December 31). Deposits cannot be transferred.

30-89 days prior to the START date of the retreat: guests will be credited 25% of their payment towards a future AdZENture, minus the non-refundable deposit and any associated fees. Credit must be used for a future AdZENture by the end of the following calendar year (December 31). Deposits cannot be transferred.

29 days or less prior to the START date of the retreat: guests will not receive any kind of refund payment. No partial refunds for late arrivals or early departures. Deposits cannot be transferred.

*If AdZENtures cancels the retreat for whatever reason, guests will be refunded 100% of their payment, including the deposit.

In the rare case that an AdZENture is moved or cancelled, guests will be issued a full refund (minus the deposit) in the same way that payment was submitted. AdZENtures will not be held liable for any expenses or damages incurred as a result of trip cancellation (including but not limited to preparation costs, airline tickets, travel documents, gear purchases, airport and airline taxes). These guests will be prioritized in booking future AdZENtures and the deposit will be able to be applied to a future booking.

In the rare case that a minimum number of guests is not reached, AdZENtures will offer registered guests the option to move their reservation to a different AdZENture OR, if possible, to continue with the current booking with changes made to the program. Changes could include but are not limited to: different accommodations, different mode of transportation, updated itinerary and activities. The price will not change for registered guests.

AdZENtures STRONGLY recommends each guest purchase individual travel insurance for their trip. We suggest that you include ‘cancel for any reason’ with your policy. Your travel insurance must include medical coverage and evacuation.

It is the responsibility of each AdZENturer to obtain all required travel documents and ensure that passports are up to date. Information regarding necessary documentation is provided on our website but if you have specific questions about required documents, please reach out to us and we will help to clarify what is needed. Rarely do our AdZENture locations require immunizations but it is the responsibility of each AdZENturer to check with your local immunization clinic to ensure you have the necessary updated immunizations for travel.

Please ensure that you have a valid passport and necessary travel documents required for entering the country of our AdZENture. It’s typical that your passport must be valid for up to 3 months AFTER your return date.

I agrees that while participating in and Experience, product images, photos or videos may be taken by other Guests and/or AdZENtures representatives or Experience Designers that may contain or feature me in part or in whole. I, the Guest, acknowledge that I consent to any such pictures being taken and agree that I hereby grant a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to AdZENtures (LinCo Unlimited LLC), its affiliates and assigns, to reproduce for any purpose whatsoever (including marketing and promotions), in any medium whatsoever, whether currently known or hereinafter devised, without any further obligation to me, the Guest, or compensation payable to me.

AdZENtures plans our retreats with the safety and best interest of our AdZENturers in mind. However, there is always the potential of risk or injury when traveling and things that are outside of our control. Some of the planned activities do include certain risks which cannot be eliminated without limiting the activity itself. These activities could cause loss or damage to the participant including accidental injury, illness or in extreme cases, disability, trauma or death. Potential injury or illness may result from activity participation but one must also be aware of environmental risks and hazards as well.

Throughout the trip, participants are responsible for their own safety.

By signing up for an AdZENture and submitting payment, you agree to the following:

I hereby agree that by booking this experience, I consent to waive certain legal rights, including the right to sue the Organizer, LinCO Unlimited LLC (DBA AdZENtures), and, if applicable, its employees, owners, officers, directors, representatives, agents, volunteers and facilitators from any physical, material, tangible or intangible, loss or damages that may happen to me during my participation in the Experience.

I will be voluntarily participating in the Experience that will be conducted by the Organizer. The Experience may include, but is not limited to, the “Retreat Activities”.

This Disclaimer will bind and be enforceable against me and all of my personal representatives. I agree that this Disclaimer should be enforceable to the fullest extent of the law, and if any portion is held invalid, the remainder should continue in full legal force and effect.

I specifically acknowledge and agree that this Disclaimer is not intended to be a general release, which would be limited under some state and local laws.

This Disclaimer shall be construed and interpreted as broadly as possible in the applicable jurisdiction.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK. I understand and am aware that my participation in the Experience involves risks. These risks may lead to tangible or intangible harm, and I agree that they may result not only from my own actions but also from the actions of others. With the knowledge and understanding of these risks, I choose, of my own will and volition, to participate in the Experience.

I am also aware that there are risks that I may not have considered, yet I waive my right to any claims that may occur from these unconsidered risks and I choose, of my own will and volition, to participate in the Retreat.

COVENANT NOT TO SUE. I will not start any lawsuit or other court action against the Organizer, nor will I join any such proceeding, including any claim for money damages. I acknowledge and agree that I am entering a covenant not to sue the Organizer in any capacity, including to hold the Organizer liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained by me or my property, even if it is due to the Organizer’s negligence or omission. I also waive the right of any of my insurers’ to make any such claim.

INDEMNIFICATION: I agree to defend and indemnify the Organizer and any of its affiliates (if applicable) and hold them harmless against any and all legal claims and demands, including reasonable attorney’s fees, which may arise from or relate to my participation in the Experience or my conduct or actions. I agree that the Organizer shall be able to select its own legal counsel and may participate in its own defense, if desired.

REPRESENTATION: I am over 18 (eighteen) years of age, and am emotionally, medically, and physically able to participate in the Experience.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF MISCONDUCT: I acknowledge that I will be voluntarily participating in this experience with others who may have different views, beliefs and/or lifestyles. I agree, as a voluntary participant of this experience, to treat all people with the utmost respect and honor. I understand that the Organizer maintains the right to refuse service and to end my participation at any point in the experience, due to acts of misconduct. I understand that I will not receive any sort of financial reimbursement or refund upon dismissal from this experience due to misconduct or disrespect. Misconduct and disrespectful actions include but are not limited to: discrimination, derogatory expressions, explicit language, sexual misconduct, sexual advances, etc.

PRIVACY: I acknowledge that most of this Experience was created uniquely by the Organizer and qualifies as intellectual property. I will not share private locations, itineraries, pricing or other specific aspects of this experience with others or replicate any unique aspects of this experience for my own professional or financial use, unless given written permission by the Organizer.

GOVERNING LAW: This Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of Texas without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule. Each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the federal and state courts located in the following county in any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or based upon this Disclaimer: United States of America.

I have read the above Disclaimer fully and I understand and agree to its contents. I understand and agree that by submitting payment and reserving my Experience I forfeit any right, claim, or ability to hold the Organizer responsible for any tangible or intangible damages, loss of property, or loss of life that may occur during or after my use of the facilities and participation in the Experience.

By accepting this agreement, I (the AdZENturer) represent that I have no physical conditions or medical precautions which would adversely affect my ability to take part in the Experience or other activities offered on this AdZENture. I fully understand that my participation in the Experience and other activities could cause injury and impact my health and I voluntarily assume all risks related to such activities.

By agreeing to the terms outlined here and elsewhere on the AdZENtures website, I hereby release and discharge my rights and claims for damages or liabilities that may occur as a result of participation on an AdZENture, including but not limited to damages as a result of unexpected occurrences including those from weather, local political situations, wildlife or uncontrollable events, including risk of death. I release AdZENtures including its owners, guides, yoga teachers and partners from liability for personal injury, illness, emotional damage, incurred travel expenses or property damage I may incur as a result of participation on this AdZENture.

For the benefit of everyone on your trip, AdZENtures reserves the right to accept or reject any participant at any time without liability, and in the event it determines that a participant is disruptive to the harmony of the trip, it may without and obligation to pay a refund or any other amount whatsoever, expel such participant from the trip. AdZENtures will carry no responsibility or liability for any participant who leaves the trip prior to its conclusion or for any activity undertaken by any participant which is not included on the trip itinerary.
