Restore, Revitalize, and Go Deeper

Four nights in the jungle a few minutes from the Caribbean, built around two things: slowing your nervous system down, and getting closer to the culture that has lived here for thousands of years.

There is no curriculum and nothing to keep up with. Come to everything or come to none of it.

🧘 Daily Yoga with Lindsey

Several sessions a day, led by Lindsey — a 500-hour instructor who has been teaching on retreat since 2017. Movement in the morning to wake the body up, something slower and quieter in the afternoon, and restorative practice before dinner.

All levels, always optional, and never the same twice. Mats and props provided.

🕋 Cobá, Valladolid & a Mayan Ceremony

A full day out: the ruins at Cobá, deep in the jungle and far quieter than the coastal sites, then the colonial streets of Valladolid for lunch and a wander.

In between, a special cenote experience and a traditional Mayan ceremony — not a performance for visitors, but something led by the community itself. It is the part of this week people talk about afterwards.

🌴 Cultural Experiences with the Maya

Time with the people whose land this is, arranged through relationships built over years rather than booked from a catalogue. Food, craft, story and ceremony, at the pace of the people sharing it.

🏖️ And then, genuinely, nothing

Hammocks. The pool. The beach a few minutes away. Long lunches and longer evenings. This is a retreat with white space built into it on purpose — the restoring happens in the gaps.
