The Curriculum

8 Hours of Content That Actually Goes Home With You

Fernanda Barceló, MA, LPC, RYT-500, has developed a three-module curriculum designed to be both intellectually rigorous and personally applicable — whether you're a mental health professional, healthcare worker, or simply someone who wants a more grounded and intentional life. Each module is delivered with a mix of lecture, in-class exercises, and group discussion.

📋 Every module includes a take-home packet — worksheets, journal prompts, visualization exercises, and psychoeducation materials — so the learning continues long after you've left the jungle.

01

Module One

"What Am I Embodying?" — Values-Driven Living

Clarifying your values vs. fear-based living

Clarifying your values is the first step in building a life that actually reflects who you are. In this module, you'll use targeted exercises to identify your unique values and what it looks like to embody them in your daily life and relationships. The module also unpacks the difference between value-based and fear-based decisions — and how fear quietly drives choices that move us further from the life we say we want. You'll learn how to work through fear by re-aligning with your values, and why making courageous decisions is an essential part of living with integrity.

02

Module Two

"Unmasking & Aligning" — Breaking Down Conditioning

Who we've learned to be vs. who we really are

We all carry conditioned belief systems — shaped by family dynamics, culture, and society — that often run below conscious awareness. This module brings those patterns into view and asks the question: do these beliefs still serve you? You'll learn practical skills to reprogram limiting narratives into something that helps you move forward, create your own personal definition of integrity, and identify the self-imposed barriers that get in the way of reaching it.

03

Module Three

"The Garden Gate" — Boundaries, Integrity & Self-Trust

How boundaries help us stay in integrity with ourselves

Boundaries aren't walls — they're how you tend your own garden. This module gets into what healthy limits actually look like, why they're foundational on the path to integrity, and how to start setting them in your own life. Using the Garden Gate metaphor, you'll learn to identify what people, habits, and patterns are helping your growth — and what might be quietly holding you back. You'll also explore what happens when boundaries aren't in place, and how protecting yourself through clear limits with others can be one of the most important forms of self-care you practice.

🎓 Professional Development Hours
