Why join us in Peru?
Move through heart-opening asana in an open-air shala framed by the Andes, find your steadiness in a balance workshop, shake loose in an all-levels dance class designed to get you out of your head, and close the week with The Art of Surrender — an immersive meditation on letting go of what you no longer need to carry. Walk the ancient stones of Machu Picchu, sit by the ceremonial fire under Andean stars, and plant a tree in the valley with your name on it. This is the kind of place that does the work for you — and Victoria & Maddie are the kind of guides who'll meet you exactly where you are.
6 Days of Coming Home to Yourself in Sacred Valley
Tucked between towering peaks of the Andes, Peru's Sacred Valley has been a place of pilgrimage and reverence for thousands of years. We're bringing a small group of women here for six days of intentional movement, ceremony, and the kind of slowing-down that only happens when you're far from the noise.
From a heart-opening morning practice in an open-air shala with mountain views, to walking the ancient stones of Machu Picchu, to planting a tree that will keep growing in the valley long after you leave — this is a retreat designed to meet you wherever you are and send you home a little more rooted in yourself.
Each time we host a retreat, we are blown away by the depth of connection and the number of powerful experiences that can happen in just a few short days. We have been dreaming of Sacred Valley for a long time. It feels so special to finally bring this one to life, and even more sweet to imagine experiencing it with you. Spaces are limited because we want our experiences in this sacred place to feel intimate, safe and real. If something in you is lighting up as you read this, trust that. We would love to experience this magic together.

Four signature workshops and classes woven through the week — designed to take you from grounded and steady, to open and free, to deeply integrated. Set in world-class, famous yoga shalas with panoramic views of the Andes.
Workshop · with Maddie
A balance-focused workshop designed to help you build stability and awareness from the ground up. This is a practice of learning how to stay rooted, make small adjustments, and remain open and focused even when things feel unsteady.
Class · with Maddie
This all-levels experience is an invitation to stop taking yourself so seriously. Think: making up dances with your friends as a kid, learning choreography in your bedroom, laughing when you mess up and carrying on anyway. We'll move through simple, feel-good choreography designed to get you out of your head and back into your body. No dance experience needed. Expect to let loose, be a little silly, and surprise yourself with how free you can feel.
Class · with Victoria
A slow, intentional practice designed to create space physically and emotionally. Set in a stunning open-air shala surrounded by panoramic views of the Andes, this class will guide you through heart-opening shapes that encourage release, softness, and expansion.
Closing Workshop · with Victoria
A closing immersive meditation experience designed to help you integrate everything you've explored throughout the week. You'll be invited to practice the art of letting go: of expectations, control, and the version of yourself you no longer need to carry. Together, we'll create space to share, listen, and honor what this experience has opened up for you, so you can leave not just inspired, but changed in a way that lasts.
Six days woven with ceremony, movement, exploration, and intentional space to simply be. Every activity is optional — choose what calls to you.
A $1,000 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit secures your place. Payment plans are available, with final payment due 90 days prior to the retreat. Upon receiving booking confirmation, guests will have access to our Trip Confirmation page with payment deadlines and other pertinent information. We recommend protecting your investment with travel insurance.

From Victoria, Maddie & Ness Baker's 2025 Bali retreat — real words from real guests who took the leap.
"I had the opportunity to attend Victoria, Maddie, and Ness' retreat last year in Bali and I haven't stopped talking about it since! This retreat completely unlocked my ability to step into an even deeper version of my authentic self. The balance of their wisdom on yoga itself with their genuine interest in conversation and getting to know and understand others sets their retreats apart.
I hadn't been out of the country since college, and at first was nervous about getting a new passport, learning how to travel abroad (again), and meeting complete strangers across the world! However, the moment Victoria, Maddie, and Ness introduced themselves and our group officially met, every ounce of anxiety dissipated. I thought to myself, 'Oh wait, we can be our real selves here!'
Their ability to lead with such a strong sense of self yet humbleness is infectious and pure. They not only prioritize movement and connection, but gaining knowledge of the people, the country and land we stay on, which to me, is an important aspect of a retreat.
If there is an opportunity for someone to attend one of their retreats and you are even slightly considering it, I encourage you to take that leap of faith. This trip unlocked a sense of belonging I did not know could exist. Book the trip! You won't regret it."
"The Bali retreat that Victoria, Maddie and Ness put together was so special. Beyond the wonderful workshops and cultural experiences they had curated, the thing I value the most is the space they had held for us to plant seeds for our future and to cultivate the confidence to take action in life. And all of this was possible because of the supportive community they had created. Whoever goes on retreat with them is incredibly lucky."
"Going on retreat with Maddie, Ness & Victoria was the best decision I could've made for myself. The community that they have attracted, the activities they curated, and the time for self? Such a beautiful blend. My initial worry about fitting in was so unnecessary. Left the retreat with my cup filled. Would do it again in a heartbeat."
"The Bali retreat with Maddie and Victoria was fun, transformative and so worth it. It was full of supportive, interesting, and inspiring people. It's great for people who practice yoga at all levels including life-long beginners (like me). I wish I could go on every retreat with them!"
