Congratulations and Welcome to Your Coral Spawn AdZENture!

Fly into Ramón Villeda Morales International Airport in San Pedro Sula (Airport code: SAP).

ARRIVAL: We will have one shuttle from San Pedro Sula on pickup day. Shuttle departs the airport at 3:00pm on July 29, 2026.

DEPARTURE: We will have one shuttle from your final accommodation to San Pedro Sula. Shuttle will arrive to the airport at 12:00pm on August 2, 2026.

NOTE: If you choose to extend your stay before or after the dates listed, we will customize the airport pickup and drop off to fit your schedule.

Your Honduras Diving AdZENture includes all meals—those prepared at our accommodations as well as meals out at restaurants. We ARE able to accommodate most dietary restrictions on this AdZENture as long as it's noted on the Guest Form.

Important: If you do not eat seafood or are following a vegan diet, please reach out before booking to ensure we can accommodate your requests.

Please note: If you choose to select a specific diet, special meals will be prepared just for you and that is what you will be served. Changes may not be possible on short notice.

Example: "I don't eat seafood" means that our chef will design a special, non-seafood dish just for you when the rest of the guests will receive a seafood meal. You will not be able to 'try' the seafood dish as these meals are made to order specifically for each guest. Thank you for your understanding.

An itinerary will be provided to you in the weeks leading up to your AdZENture. Please note, on this very special trip, timing is very important. We have to allow flexibility in order to time the dives properly in accordance with the tides and the spawn.

Guests will be informed and notified of all activities well in advance with as much notice and accuracy as possible.

We have two accommodation options for this AdZENture:

• Private room with private bathroom
• Shared room and shared bathroom when booking for 2

This Coral Spawn AdZENture is recommended for certified divers. We will have the opportunity to participate in other activities outside of diving in addition to or instead of the dives based on guest preferences.

This is a unique opportunity to witness the magical coral spawning event while supporting Tela Coral's important conservation work on the Rebel Reef.

EVERY single experience is optional! AdZENtures chose the experiences on this retreat based on firsthand experience and the unique value each holds for guests. You are able to 'choose your own AdZENture' by opting out of any experience.

If you are planning to participate in the dives, YES! A diving certification is required.

If you are coming to Honduras for the spawn but are interested in other activities, No! You do not have to have your diving certification. Please be sure to mention this when booking so we can make the proper arrangements to ensure a fabulous trip for all guests!

Yes, we will provide a few local cervezas that can be enjoyed with dinners and for various experiences. If guests choose to buy their own or more alcohol throughout their AdZENture, they are welcome to do so.

We have a few meals out of the accommodations—meals will be covered, alcohol will be available for purchase at an additional cost to guests.

Guests are required to be respectful to all other guests, hosts and staff at all times and are expected to be mindful of their personal alcohol consumption.

International medical coverage is REQUIRED! Travel insurance is NOT required, it's suggested for the benefit of each guest.

As all of our AdZENtures are quite active, insurance is required not only in the case of a medical emergency but it's also a good idea to include travel insurance in case of emergency or conflicts preventing you from joining our AdZENture after you book.

If guests are unable to join the retreat, travel insurance will often issue a refund when purchased within 7 days of the original retreat payment. We advise that all guests book travel insurance within a week of submitting your deposit to protect your investment!

Travel insurance often includes air transport in the case of an emergency. Please ask us if you have questions about this and your AdZENtures team can give you some suggestions!
