A private, heritage-restored ranch inside Triglav National Park, Slovenia. The whole property is yours for the week.
Dear Willis,
I'm so glad you're dreaming about bringing your people to Lepena. This ranch is my home, and it's a place built for gathering: long tables, mountain air, a yoga space, and a valley that makes everyone slow down whether they planned to or not.
Below you'll find everything the ranch includes, plus a retreat builder so you can shape the week yourself. Choose your nights, your group size, your meals and your experiences, and watch the price per person update as you go. Whatever you switch on becomes part of the retreat you promote.

The venue
A whole-property buyout. Various room configurations are available, so you can mix private and shared rooms to fit your group.
Lepena Valley Ranch
Sleeps 10–12 guests, plus the host in a private room
- Ensuite Room 1: two twins or one king
- Ensuite Room 2: two twins or one king
- Barn Room 1 with sink and detached shared bathroom: two twins, three twins or one king
- Barn Room 2 with sink and detached shared bathroom: two twins, three twins or one king
- Barn Room 3 with ensuite bathroom: two twins
- Host: Tiny House with lofted queen and ensuite bathroom (coming Fall 2027). If it isn't complete, the host stays at the neighboring villa at no extra charge.
The shared bathroom is on the ground level of the Main House: 3 all-gender shower rooms, 3 toilet rooms and 2 sinks, with toiletries and linens provided.

Build your retreat
Set your group size and length of stay, then switch on the meals and experiences you want included. The price per person updates as you go.
The price you build here is your wholesale rate. It's based on your retreat selections, and you're free to sell the retreat to your guests at whatever markup you choose.
The basics
The property rate and shuttles are shared across your paying guests. The host is not counted.
Same airport for arrival and departure
Shuttles
Each shuttle carries up to 8 guests. Groups of 9 or more get a second shuttle automatically.
Airport shuttleOne arrival and one departure time slot. €250 each way, plus €200 each way for a second shuttle.
Shuttle to Bovec€40 each way per shuttle
Meals
Switch on each meal and choose how many. Leave nights free to eat out.
Experiences and add-ons
Hosts can include any of the following in the retreat base price OR guests can add-on experiences a la carte at extra cost
